In case of defects, we correct them free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n<h5>6.1 How to file a complaint<\/h5>\n<p>Email us at <strong>info@vippygolf.com<\/strong> and include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full name, address, email, order number<\/li>\n<li>Description of the issue and <strong>photo evidence<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>6.2 Special conditions for tees<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Vippy tees may be complained about <strong>once<\/strong> in case of <strong>clearly visible material defect<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Repeated complaints without clear defects may result in a judgment that the product does not suit the customer&#8217;s playing style<\/li>\n<li>Complaints are <strong>not valid<\/strong> when the product has been misused (e.g. striking the tee violently instead of the ball)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We follow guidelines from the <strong>Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)<\/strong> \u2013 see: <button type=\"button\" data-url=\"https:\/\/www.arn.se\">arn.se<\/button> Approved complaints are replaced with a similar product. We cover return shipping.<\/p>\n<h4>7. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>\n<p>We are not liable for indirect damage resulting from product use.
